Allison Feliciano, Paralegal/ Office Administrator- Allison has been with us since 2011 as a paralegal. She works closely
with clients and is also responsible for the overall office operation.
Allison is sensitive to the needs of our clientele and consistently endeavors
to provide the personalized attention each person deserves. She enjoys
her support role in the office as it allows her to work on behalf of those
who are seeking assistance with challenging legal issues.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys attending her son’s sporting events,
spending time with her friends and family, and travelling when time allows.
Denise Coleman, Medicaid Coordinator- Denise was born in Herndon, Virginia. She relocated to Charlotte, NC in
1997. Through the years here in Charlotte, she has worked in the detailed
and rewarding field of Physician Credentialing as well as assisting in
some patient care. As the Legal Assistant with Kelli Y. Allen, she assist
the paralegal in administrative duties, this also gives her the opportunity
to meet and help people, which is a passion of hers.
Denise enjoys singing in the choir at church and knitting, but most of
all enjoys the time with her family, especially her grandchildren & friends.
Alex Torres, Legal Assistant/ Placement Coordinator- Alex was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and moved to Charlotte, NC at
the age of three. As a bilingual administrative-assistant, her main priority
is to provide exceptional help and ensure quality work for our clients.
She works hand in hand with the paralegal as well as the attorney. She
loves interacting with people, helping others, and working as a team player
to ensure the well-being of others. In her spare time, she enjoys watching
movies, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
Matthew Pasco, Legal Assistant/ Placement Coordinator- Matthew Pasco was born on Long Island, New York. He
moved to Mooresville, North Carolina for baseball and school. He played
baseball at Catawba Valley in Hickory for 2 years before transferring
to UNC charlotte to continue his educational career. Matthew graduated
in 2016 with a major in criminal justice and a minor in English. During
that time, he gained law firm experience by interning with Phillips &
McCrea, and making sure all parties leave happy and accomplish their stated goals.
Matthew is very dedicated to this profession. While he knows that the immigration
and elder law cases are often difficult for families, his goal is to ease
the process to the best of his ability.
